Crossroads Inc. is a Level 4 transitional living community licensed by the State of Arizona.  We are committed to helping men and women recover from drug addiction.  Crossroads provides compassionate and individualized drug rehabilitation that offers the drug dependent person a route to recovery based upon the Twelve Step Program of Narcotics Anonymous®.
We are located in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona and have three locations: East and West for men and Midtown for Women.
The Crossroads approach has been particularly successful with the following types of clients:

• Clients who need a discreet drug addiction recovery program
• Clients who have experienced chronic relapse problems

Our residents experience the power and therapeutic value of one recovering addict helping another. Crossroads utilizes a peer based program which builds a powerful, non-medical recovery discipline which can lead to permanent abstinence and provide the individual with the opportunity to live a full and happy life.

Crossroads believes opiate addiction to be a form of the disease of addiction, which is chronic, progressive and fatal if left untreated.  Here at Crossroads, treatment is accomplished through:

• Education
  The client learns about recovery from the disease by attending at least one Narcotics Anonymous Meeting® daily. Other 12 Step meetings and relapse prevention classes add to a client’s knowledge about the disease.
• Self Diagnosis
  The client identifies the disease through an examination of his or her personal experience guided by a12 step sponsor.
• Treatment
  Crossroads treatment revolves around the 12 Step Program of Narcotics Anonymous® (NA). This forms a basis for lasting recovery.
• Personal Responsibility
  The client learns the importance of maintaining recovery on a daily basis,
